APEX GAMING ROOM (operated by ALGOMETRIX PRIVATE LIMITED) respects your privacy. This policy explains exactly what we collect when you book a session or contact us, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can have it removed.

By using this website or booking a session, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

To take a booking we ask for the minimum needed to hold your slot and let you in:

• Your name — so we know whose session it is at the counter.
• Your mobile number — for the booking confirmation, and to reach you if a machine develops a fault before your slot.
• A one-time password (OTP) sent to that number, to confirm it is really yours.

We do not ask for your address, date of birth, ID document, or any information we do not need to run the booking.

Payment information we never see

Collected automatically

• IP address and browser or device type, logged by the server.
• Pages visited and time of visit.
• A single session cookie so your booking survives page changes while you are choosing a slot.

2. Why we collect it

• To create, confirm and honour your booking.
• To send you the booking confirmation and, if you ask for it, your bill on WhatsApp.
• To contact you about that specific booking — a delay, a fault, or a refund.
• To keep the accounting records that tax law requires us to keep.
• To detect fraud and misuse of the booking system.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Marketing messages

If we send you an offer, it is because you have booked with us before. Every message tells you how to stop, and replying STOP on WhatsApp ends them immediately. Refusing marketing never affects your ability to book.

4. Who your information is shared with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the parties needed to complete the thing you asked for:

• Booking and billing records: retained as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• OTPs: expire within minutes and are not kept afterwards.
• Server access logs: rotated regularly and overwritten.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, staff accounts are individually logged, and access to the booking database is restricted to authorised staff. Payment credentials never reach our systems at all, which removes the largest risk entirely.

No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you.

7. Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, except records we are legally obliged to keep.
• Stop sending you marketing messages.

8. Children

Bookings are intended for customers aged 18 and over. Younger players are welcome at the cafe with a parent or guardian, but the booking and payment must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children directly, and will delete it promptly if we find we have.

Where we link to another website — a payment page, a map, a social profile — that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for it.
